You are invited to join Reiki Master Kristin Singer for an intimate Reiki I training and attunement in her light-filled San Francisco home. This immersive healing journey welcomes you into a sacred lineage descended from Usui Sensei.
Reiki I training is an introductory course for those interested in learning about and practicing Reiki healing. It teaches the basics of Reiki, including its history, purpose, and the Five Reiki Precepts. You'll learn how to perform self-treatments and treatments on others using specific hand positions, as well as how to open and close Reiki sessions. The course includes your first Reiki attunement, which opens your energy channels to connect with universal life force energy.

Understanding Reiki, Learn about the history of Reiki, its origins in Japan, and how it has evolved.

Reiki Principles, Study the five guiding principles of Reiki (also known as the Five Reiki Precepts) for ethical and moral guidance.

Attunement, Receive your first attunement, which opens your energy channels and connects you to universal life force energy.
